Polly Ann Trail
Looking for scenic hiking trails? There are two close by. The Polly Ann Trail continues north for 20 miles to North Branch Township. Trailblazers will find mile markers, benches, restrooms and water stations. The trail is an ideal spot for hikers, cyclists, cross country skiers and equestrians.
Paint Creek Trail
The second trail – Paint Creek Trail – is an 8.9-mile park minutes from Stag’s Leap Farm. The Polly Ann Trail connects with the Paint Creek Trail. It was the first non-motorized rail-to-trail in the state, converted to a trail from the former Penn Central Railroad. It runs through Oxford, the Village of Lake Orion, Orion Township, Oakland Township, Rochester Hills and Rochester. Walkers, runners, bicyclists, dogs, strollers, wheelchairs and horses (in certain portions of the trail) all are welcome on the Paint Creek Trail.
After your hikes on Paint Creek Trail and Polly Ann Trail, you will be ready for relaxing massage at Stag’s Leap Farm. Your hosts, Brett and Steven, will reserve a massage time for you and have a refreshing beverage ready when you return.
