All items in your amenities armoire are free and included in your stay, please help yourself. Your comfort is our priority. Let us know if you need anything – wine glasses, extra blankets, forgotten toiletries – don’t hesitate to call or text us! We hope you enjoy your stay, and remember your complimentary gift bag when you leave.

Policies

Thank you for reading and abiding by our policies to ensure that all our guests experience an enjoyable stay. Please ask if you have any questions or concerns.

  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
  • No open flames or candles.
  • No pets.
  • No smoking/vaping anywhere in the house. A designated area is available outdoors. 
  • Thank you for respecting the private areas of the house and grounds.
  • The front door automatically locks once it is closed and latched after 30 seconds.
  • Check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out is available upon request for $25.

  • Two-course breakfast each morning at 8:30 am. Heading out early? Request a to-go breakfast!
  • Please enjoy the complimentary water and other beverages in your room refrigerator.
  • Indulge in complimentary baked goods each day in your room.
  • Regular and decaffeinated coffee and tea in your room.
  • Aveda toiletries and handmade goat milk & lavender soaps.
  • Heated towel warmers, fluffy robes and slippers in your room.
  • Please enjoy the hammock, gazebo and patio in the yard.

House Safety

DIAL 911 IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY

Every room is equipped with a basic first aid kit in your closet.

IN CASE OF FIRE

There is a fire extinguisher in your closet. See map for the closest exit to your room.

All guests must report to our emergency gathering location at the front parking lot

area. If your room is upstairs, an emergency ladder is under the bed.

IN CASE OF TORNADO

In case of a tornado, report to the basement of the building. Pass through the French doors to the kitchen. Proceed down the stairs to the immediate right.

Note: Tornado siren testing in our area occurs on the first Saturday of each month.

IN CASE OF POWER OUTAGE

Not to worry, Stag’s Leap Farm Bed & Breakfast is equipped with a full-home generator that automatically starts once electrical power is lost. There may be a temporary outage for 15 to 20 seconds as the generator initiates.
